Dr. Victoria Collins Joins the School of Justice Studies Faculty

Victoria Ellen Collins grew up in Norfolk England, where she pursued a higher education in law receiving a LLB in English and European Constitutional law before immigrating to the United States. When in the US, Victoria enrolled at Old Dominion University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, and then a Masters of Arts degree in Applied Sociology.
